Sports themes, like baseball, soccer, basketball etc. are a very popular choice for Bar Mitzvahs. Many young men dream of becoming a famous sports legend, so if your son is a Major League Baseball hopeful, why not give him a Bar Mitzvah of his dreams!
I designed three different baseball theme Bar Mitzvah invitations in this suite of matching stationery. One is meant to look like a baseball magazine cover, while the other is a little more traditional. Both baseball Bar Mitzvah invites feature a green and brown ball diamond in a nighttime field, complete with overhead spotlights. They both also have a large white with red stitching baseball with a light blue Jewish Star of David on it that can be left off if you prefer. Both baseball Bar Mitzvah invites also have a black ballplayer silhouette on them with the one on the magazine cover invite looking more like a pitcher throwing the baseball to home plate, while the silhouette on the other baseball Bar Mitzvah invitation looking more like an outfielder throwing the ball. The backs of both of these baseball Bar Mitzvah invitations have a navy blue, red, and white color scheme and feature another black silhouette of a ballplayer. The wording colors on these baseball Bar Mitzvah invites is also in red, white, and blue and the fonts are a mix of fun and sporty looking ones that tie in with the overall color scheme and theme.
To help offset some of the costs of your Baseball theme Bar Mitzvah, I also included reception or party details on the back of both Bar Mitzvah invitations. I’m a firm believer in getting the most bang for your buck, so I encourage people to use both sides of the invitations for whatever information they want to send out to their guests. RSVP info, accommodations, directions, weekend activites or whatever you need to relay to your guests can be printed on the back of the cards, saving you money on needing to buy extra inserts.
Just in case you wanted to have a separate reception or party card, I designed one in the same red, white and blue color scheme but designed it to look like a scoreboard with the words “Party Field” at the top and your son’s baseball stats and game stats below. There is also a brown leather ball glove and bat sitting on some green grass. And just like the baseball Bar Mitzvah invitations, the party invite has a red and navy blue back with a black ballplayer silhouette of a batter. The party details are in white with the same fun, sporty fonts that appear on the other matching items. This card can also be used for any other information you might want to pass along to your guests.
I chose the red and navy blue color scheme to match with the red and navy blue envelopes that are available through our printer as an upgrade. White ink return addresses can be printed on the invitation or RSVP envelopes for an additional fee. Mix and match the envelopes and use one of the baseball envelope seals to seal up your outgoing invitation package and I think you’ll score a home run with your guests for sure!

I am really excited to share this brand new Under the Sea Mermaid Bat Mitzvah invitation suite with you. A quick Google search will show you just how gorgeous an Under the Sea party theme can be. Throw in some mermaids and other sea creatures and I’m sure that any young lady would love it for her special day.
I was thrilled when I found the background that I used on the matching pieces in the suite. I thought the blue and purple colors with the glittery green swirls gave it a deep ocean water look that worked well with the mermaids, seahorses, sea shells, sea stars, crabs, and ocean plants. I was envisioning a reception venue with billowing blue and purple tablecloths and lighting with glittery elements everywhere from the centerpieces to hanging decor. What a beautiful theme it would be! And how easy would the party favors be? From simple votive candles with starfish tied to them to the modern and trendy mermaid pillows with the scales that change colors on them. I would love to plan an Under the Sea Mermaid Kisses and Starfish Wishes Bat Mitzvah or milestone birthday event.
In addition to the wonderful watery background on this Under the Sea Bat Mitzvah invitation set, each piece is different from the other with subtle changes like a different mermaid or a different colored Seahorse etc. All of the pieces have richly colored design elements in a vivid color palette that looks fabulous together. White lettering is used in a mix of different fonts from watery looking to modern calligraphy. Some of the other colors used in this suite include lime green, turquoise, yellow, red, orange, hot pink, aqua blue, and white. A Hebrew name can be added to the invitation which uses a sea star in place of a Star of David. If you’d rather have a real Star of David, that can be done during the digital proofing stage after purchase.
This Under the Sea Mermaid Bat Mitzvah invitation suite contains an invitation that can have the reception details on it to save you money. There is an RSVP card that can also be used as a separate enclosure card for the reception or accommodations etc. There is a flat style personalized thank you card and a folded thank you card along with two different return address labels that can be used on both the invitation envelope or the front of the RSVP envelope. Other items that can be added to the suite include folded or flat place cards, favor tags or stickers, menu cards, table signs, etc. If there is something you need in this design, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do to make it happen.
Please note that return addresses can be printed on the envelopes for an additional charge after purchase, and additional upgrades can include double thick paper types, envelope liners, and belly bands. You can also choose to buy your envelopes elsewhere if you want colored ones or ones with metallic liners.

Where I live on Canada’s east coast, we have had a very long, mild autumn, so the vivid fall colors have been outside my office window for an extended period of time, which is great because I do love the fall. I love it for lots of reasons, but most of all because it’s when I have the most time to create new designs.
With all the rich autumn colors, I felt like working on a new wedding suite that was rich in deep colors like burgundy, aubergine purple, marsala red, rust, olive green etc. I’ve been seeing so many gorgeous fall wedding bouquets that use those colors that I wanted to design something that had enough colors in it that the wedding color theme could have a variety of colors and warm tones in it instead of just one or two. I like how white contrasts with the deep colors, but I also wanted to make sure there was enough warmth to the suite so I added in a creamy butter yellow / ivory border with decorative simulated gold foil to make accessorizing the attendants and reception decor easy.
I’ve also seen the burgundy paired with silver and jade greens but I find them colder looking, which might suit a late fall wedding, but I wanted this set to be suitable for any season. I think the bold watercolor floral pattern is classic and sophisticated. With the mix of assorted purple, orange, and brown feathers, you can also lean towards a more Bohemian wedding theme if you wanted to go with a more wildflower and feather look.
This great burgundy watercolor florals wedding invitation suite can be dressed up or dressed down depending on your taste and budget. Pull out all the stops and go full-on gold glamour with towering centerpieces filled with ivory, burgundy, aubergine, and red roses or peonies with feathers and greenery cascading down from them, or go with something looser like a wildflower bouquet with simple pops of burgundy and a gold ribbon.
You can choose soft and romantic bridesmaid dresses in pale yellow and then pick up the burgundy colors in their bouquets or do mix and match bridesmaid dresses in the various colors from the invitation. It is such a versatile invitation suite that you can really get creative with your wedding attendants attire, church and venue decorations, flowers, and even the cake. Add more or less gold, depending on how warm or glitzy you want things to look. I know I would have an absolute ball planning a wedding based on this burgundy floral wedding suite. I hope you do too!
I designed a number of coordinating pieces in the suite, including enclosure cards, address labels, thank you card, favor tags, stickers and envelope seals, place cards, and a wedding program. I’ll likely be adding more matching pieces, but if there is something specific that you want that you don’t see, drop me an email and I’ll be happy to make up what you need.

I don’t know about you, but once the calendar rolls over to September, I find myself starting to think about Christmas and the whole holiday season. I start looking for gifts to pick up here and there before the mad rush. I start to look at new recipes and decor. It’s always fun browsing through all the new decorations for the home and yard and trying to come up with what sort of look I want everything to have. I start to wonder about whether I’ll be throwing a party of some kind or attending any office or home parties over the holidays.
September is a great time to start thinking about all things festive and it’s certainly not too early to start planning a holiday party. Many company office parties, corporate events, fundraisers, and business open houses happen in early December, often times because availability dwindles as December rolls by. Early December to mid-December is perfect for a holiday office party or event because it helps to get everyone in the spirit, and that good cheer usually keeps going right into the New Year.
I’m showcasing several of my Holiday and Winter Party invitation designs in order to stimulate some ideas for your own parties this winter. Whether you are wanting a rustic plaid winter theme; a red and white snowflake theme; a red, green and gold theme; or a midnight navy and gold theme, I think you’ll agree that any of these designs shown here would certainly set the tone for your special occasion. There are so many ways to Celebrate the Season!
I hope these pretty winter party invitations inspire you to get planning your own festive celebration like a house party, office party, company party, winter ball, charity gala or open house. I suggest the ice pearl paper for any of the gold type designs as it has a subtle sparkle that works so well with simulated gold effects and on lighter colors like white. And if you are planning an upscale, high-end event, please consider double thick ice pearl paper for a gorgeous look and feel. Double thick ice pearl paper is available as an upgrade after purchase, so contact me for a quote on that if you really want to wow your guests. A minimum of 25 invites apply to the double thick papers (25, 50, 60, 70, 80 etc.).
